We occasionally pick up rugs that are no longer needed by a customer, either becasue they no longer have the horse that they were bought for, or that the horse has outgrown a rug. We also from time to time get rugs in for laundry that are never collected, or never paid for. In these instances we sell the rugs off to recoup our costs.

We don't sell any used rugs that have been repaired, or that are not perfectly serviceable rugs, so whilst they may not be pristine and in their original packaging, they are perfectly good for what they are intended to do.

Whilst you can't buy rugs directly from this site, if you call us we can advise what we ahve available and the respective prices.

Where we are asked to ship a rug this will be charged at £4.50 if sent on its own, or £2.50 if shipped with the return of rugs laundered by Captain Rugwash. (UK mainland only - excluding Highlands & Islands & remote postcode areas).
