We have tried to make this as simple as we can. All you need to do is follow these simple steps as we take care of all the difficult stuff.!.! Simply fill in the brief Booking Form on this site with your name, address, e-mail and phone contacts, and give us an idea of how many items you are wanting us to clean on this occasion. Once you have entered your details click on the 'Submit Order' button and your details are sent directly to our administration centre. We will send you the following in the next available post:- - a booking form for you to tell us which services you want carrying out on which rug, - a set of unique ID tags, so we will always know who's rugs belong to who - a set of pre-printed address labels for you to put on the package(s) that you are sending us
Once you have received the pack from us, fill in the form, and put the corresponding tags onto the rugs that you have told us about on the form. Put all of the rugs into a strong mail bag or box with the completed form and a cheque, and put one of our address labels on the outside of each individual package. , and we will arrange for our carriers to pick up your package on a day to suit you. When your rugs are ready to be delivered back to you, we will give you a call to find out where you want them sending to, and when you will be able to take delivery.
